Graduated from the Department of Diplomacy, China Foreign Affairs University, with a Bachelor's Degree in International Law. Completed advanced studies at KPMG in Los Angeles, USA; completed advanced studies at the President's Program of Cultural Industry Investment, Beijing Film Academy.

With over 30 years of experience in the international fiscal, taxation, investment and financial industries, he/she worked at the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China for 10 years, and successively held senior management positions at KPMG, Deloitte, Lenovo Group and SF Holding Group. He/she has extensive network resources and professional knowledge in domestic and international investment and financial fields, with a particular focus on the operation and management of international film & television and cultural industry investment funds, and maintains extensive connections and cooperation with well-known domestic and foreign mother fund institutions.
