Over 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategic consulting or an operation management role. Experience in one of our focused investment sectors is a plus: broader IT, sustainable growth technology, high margin manufacturing and healthcare. |
| Strong industry and financial analytical skills, basic understanding of the venture capital industry and some project management capability. |
| Good business judgement and interpersonal skills. |
| A college degree with either an engineering or business major, MBA a plus. |
| Fluent in spoken and written English. |
