Junior Partner  -  Several   -  Shanghai or Beijing
Over 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, strategic consulting or a senior operating role. Experience in one of our focused investment sectors is a plus: broader IT, sustainable growth technology, high margin manufacturing and healthcare.
Strong industry and financial analytical skills, and demonstrated project management capability.
Solid business judgment, and strong interpersonal skills, including the capability to interact comfortably with senior portfolio company executives and effectively participate at the board level.
A college degree with either an engineering or business major, MBA from a top program is a plus.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
Principals & Associates  -  Several  -  Shanghai or Beijing
